 The apartment has recently been redecorated and has a new kitchen. The kitchen has all the usual features – cooker, fridge, washing machine, microwave, kettle and toaster.

There are two bedrooms – one with a double bed and one with twin beds.

The new bathroom, for 2008, has a bath and a over the bath shower fitted.

The lounge has two comfy settees and has a TV with DVD player.

There is a lawned area outside the patio doors where you can sit at the garden table and chairs to eat on warm days.

Outside apartment		 The property enjoys the use of a swimming pool which is for residents only. There is also a relaxing area by the pool where parents can have a drink while keeping an eye on the kids!!

There are two tennis courts for the energetic but don’t forget to bring rackets and balls.

At the front of the property there is a communal grass area where you can enjoy the last of the evening sun, a drink or a BBQ.
